What you will do

• Support the technical SEO roadmap, managing site architecture and crawl budgets for optimized indexation at scale.
• Partner with Engineering to execute technical changes, including structured data (JSON-LD), internal linking, and international SEO (hreflang).
• Directly implement technical recommendations within the front-end stack using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Next.js).
• Conduct comprehensive site audits to resolve crawl errors, redirects, and rendering issues (SSR vs. SSG).
• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and page speed across global markets.
• Establish monitoring and reporting processes using server log analysis and custom dashboards (GSC API, GA4).

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience, with 2+ years specifically in a technical SEO role (preferably B2B, SaaS, or Fintech).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript as they relate to the critical rendering path.
• Familiarity with modern web architectures, including Headless CMS, SPAs, and React/Next.js frameworks.
• Proven track record with international SEO and multi-language/multi-domain strategies at scale.
• Deep knowledge of GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and performance tools like Lighthouse.
• Location: Based in San Francisco
