What you will do

• Define and execute SEO strategy for traditional and AI search engines to drive organic growth on priority terms.
• Build and scale an AI-powered content engine producing high-quality content and gated assets for enterprise buyers.
• Optimize website performance including technical SEO, site architecture, page speed, and backlink strategy.
• Lead AI search strategy ensuring content is cited in AI-generated answers and monitor rankings across Google and LLMs.
• Measure and communicate SEO impact using data to optimize investments based on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, web, and performance teams to align SEO efforts with broader GTM goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in San Francisco, CA, USA
• 7–10 years of SEO experience driving organic growth for B2B and technical audiences with proven impact on rankings and pipeline.
• Deep technical SEO expertise including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page performance, and schema markup.
• Strong content strategy and editorial judgment with ability to leverage AI for scalable content production.
• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, LLM rank tracking, and analytics tools.
• Self-starter motivated to build and own a scalable, pipeline-focused SEO function in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic SEO generating high-quality pages at scale using templates, data, and AI.
• International SEO experience supporting multi-market strategies including hreflang and localized content.
