What you will do
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with local business objectives.
- Oversee IT operations to ensure efficient, secure systems and stable delivery.
- Drive convergence to One Platform Architecture and define the country IT roadmap.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and multi-year roadmap for the Colombian operation.
- Ensure compliance with technology standards and regulations.
- Lead and direct the technology team and coordinate with other departments to integrate solutions.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid working scheme in Bogota, Colombia
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in global/multinational environments.
- 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to CEO/C-Level.
- Experience with financial and payments companies is highly valued.
- Experience with Azure, Datadog, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, ERP systems, cybersecurity tools, and AI is highly valued.
Nice to have
- CISSP (or equivalent) and cloud/payment certifications.
