What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary Fusion Squads covering L1, L2, and L3 support, including 24/7 operational models.
- Develop technical talent, manage performance, define career plans, and build team capabilities.
- Govern IT infrastructure services under ITIL, maintaining stability, availability, continuity, security, and contractual SLA and KPI performance.
- Lead critical incident, crisis, problem management, root cause analysis, operational committees, and executive service reviews.
- Drive modernization through Ansible, CI/CD, scripting, standardization, observability, SRE, and DevOps practices.
- Coordinate clients, Delivery Managers, Architects, SREs, and senior leaders while translating business needs into operational roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure service management or IT delivery.
- At least 5 years leading multidisciplinary technical teams and working with executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in one or more areas including networking, storage and backup, middleware, operating systems, virtualization, or databases.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL v3/v4, incident and change management, business continuity, and mission-critical environments.
- Ability to align operational decisions with profitability, contractual commitments, client value, metrics, and risk management.

- ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, networking, storage, middleware, operating system, database, automation, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud certifications.
