What you will do

• Develop and own the end-to-end enterprise lifecycle, including outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and revenue retention.
• Build AI-native lifecycle tooling and agents to automate audience segmentation and personalized copy.
• Design multi-channel nurture programs across email, in-product notifications, and Slack.
• Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to accelerate pipeline and optimize hand-offs.
• Manage post-sale lifecycle activities, including admin onboarding, user activation, and expansion plays.
• Conduct rapid experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize growth loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at fast-paced startups.
• Proven track record of improving activation, retention, and enterprise revenue metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL for cohort analysis and segment validation.
• Experience building AI-driven growth engines and agentic workflows.
• Strong copywriting skills tailored for enterprise personas and executives.
• Ability to operate at high velocity in early-stage environments.
