Salary: $125,000–$160,000 Annually

What you will do

• Create and deploy organizational change management strategies to drive behavioral changes for Digital Engineering deployment.
• Lead process development, maintenance, and training to achieve CMMI level three process control.
• Improve engineering efficiency through the application of modern technologies and updated processes.
• Manage department expenses and budgets for Digital Engineering programs and projects.
• Identify and resolve resource and process gaps in collaboration with the Engineering Leadership Team.
• Brief executive leadership and external customers on the strategic value of engineering transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading change and improving business or operations performance.
• Demonstrated experience in enacting lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement.
• Strong capabilities in budgeting, cost control, and managing complex operational issues.
• Ability to influence various functions within the Business Unit and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
