Senior Architect (IAM)

Location: United States (Remote)

Base salary for US-based candidates: $169,300–$304,700 per year. Compensation outside the US varies.

What you will do

• Design and deliver IAM architecture for Cloud Manager websites and APIs, enabling customers to control cloud assets and configure users.
• Evaluate proposed software systems and solutions against technical requirements.
• Provide technical direction and develop high-quality architecture designs with management, engineering, product management, QE, and SRE.
• Develop and promote common software and systems building blocks.
• Guide decisions between building solutions internally and adopting third-party technologies.
• Support smooth operational success across complex, highly available systems with global reach.

Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to take a big-picture approach to complex software architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and products.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle using modern tools.
• Proven success working with complex, highly available systems with global reach.
