TL;DR

Senior Incentive Processor: Reviewing and processing residential energy efficiency incentive applications from submission through payment with an accent on data accuracy, qualification checks, and resolving disputed rebate claim information. Focus on maintaining incentive databases, auditing applications for quality control, and communicating by email with customers and contractors to ensure complete, compliant submissions.

Location: Remote - Oregon

Salary: $18.55 - $26.00 hourly

What you will do

  • Review incentive applications from customers and contractors to confirm completeness, accuracy, and program eligibility.
  • Enter and maintain data in incentive database(s) and process applications through to payment.
  • Communicate via email to request missing information and clarify project qualification.
  • Resolve disputed rebate claim data and guide customers/contractors on interpreting program policies.
  • Perform regular application auditing and quality control.
  • File applications, retrieve data, and run database queries and reports.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems and databases.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Location: Oregon-based candidates preferred.
  • Energy efficiency industry background is a plus, but not required.
