Salary: $55,300.00 - $76,075.00 base

What you will do
- Maintain departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Process and quality review complex nonqualified transactions, owning a designated book of business for highly visible/complex clients.
- Support the Nonqualified Operations team with non-transaction functions (workflow coordination, resource maintenance, reporting).
- Ensure all transactional and reporting work is completed on time according to contractual SLAs.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal/external audits and as an SME for risk and control items.
- Deliver clear communications/presentations across multiple audiences and act as a primary contact for internal business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 3–4 years of non-qualified plan operational processing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of nonqualified products/industry, including 409a guidelines.
- Demonstrated excellence and attention to detail in complex transaction processing.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa (including CPT/OPT).
