What you will do

• Manage and coordinate high-value marketing projects, including annual client conferences, from planning to execution.
• Lead process excellence initiatives to improve internal marketing operations and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive a data-based approach to monitor operational improvements and process performance.
• Collaborate with project owners to establish and maintain project management best practices and documentation.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing tooling to enhance automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Program Management, or Communications with 8+ years of project management experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to redesign business processes to reduce complexity and optimize efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with project management or process automation software.
