What you will do

• Provide primary oversight for the execution of multiple portfolio assets.
• Lead clinical activities and manage development aspects of marketed assets.
• Deliver scientific leadership across trial-level activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Represent the company in external collaborations, scientific meetings, and regulatory discussions.
• Act as the department representative in business development activities as required.

Requirements

• MD degree with significant clinical experience.
• Clinical training in internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical and clinical research experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in late-stage clinical development or medical affairs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Strong strategic, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
