Salary: $332,000–$423,000 base compensation

What you will do

• Provide scientific and strategic leadership for marketed multiple sclerosis and neuropsychiatry programs.
• Oversee the execution and clinical management of 2–4 portfolio assets.
• Ensure post-marketing commitments and development activities are delivered successfully.
• Lead trial-level activities in partnership with Regulatory, PDC, Regional, and other core functions.
• Represent hirify.global in regulatory discussions, scientific meetings, external collaborations, and business development activities.
• Contribute to follow-up strategy and asset life-cycle planning across global regions.

Requirements

• MD with significant clinical experience; training in internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry is desired.
• At least 10 years of clinical and clinical research experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience and industry experience in late-stage clinical development or medical affairs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Strategic and critical thinking for managing assets across their life cycle and differing geographic needs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and analytical skills.
