What you will do

• Prepare supplies and PPE, access daily schedules, and travel to patients’ homes using a personal vehicle.
• Provide low-acuity, patient-friendly preventative and diagnostic services (including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs).
• Collect, label, and manage samples, then coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
• Use mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
• Work autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality and professionalism.

Requirements

• State-required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification for states without state-level licensure requirements.
• National background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
