What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and monitor patients post-administration.
• Screen new and current patients to evaluate treatment appropriateness.
• Maintain precise medication records and reconcile inventory per DEA procedures.
• Collect and record urine specimens and monitor physicals and lab work.
• Collaborate with counselors and the Medical Director regarding patient progress.
• Ensure the treatment center meets all accreditation and quality health standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification.
