What you will do

• Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone, taking vital signs and updating Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Educate patients on the management of chronic conditions, medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care plans to ensure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed.
• Perform clinic procedures including phlebotomy, administering vaccines, and giving injections.
• Manage prior authorizations and coordinate patient referrals.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2+ years of experience in clinical triage.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Starbase, TX.
• Reliable access to personal transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex medical ideas into simple language.

Nice to have

• Experience in pediatric, acute care, or inpatient settings.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
