What you will do

• Oversee daily medical department operations and ensure efficient nursing and lab workflows.
• Assess patient dosing appropriateness and administer methadone as prescribed.
• Manage medication inventory, maintain dosing records, and handle urine specimen collection.
• Train, supervise, and develop nursing and lab staff.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and community providers.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards through internal audits.

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
