What you will do
- Own sprint planning, product decisions, specs/backlog, and engineering delivery visibility for the homeowner funnel, portal, and post-close experience.
- Ship improvements in a tight build-measure-learn loop with product design and a dedicated product engineering team.
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate launches for homeowner-facing releases, including instrumentation as the definition of done.
- Run experimentation on the acquisition funnel (hypotheses, tests, analysis) with Analytics, Marketing, and technical leads.
- Diagnose application journey drop-off and prioritize fixes by conversion impact.
- Lead discovery by talking to homeowners and homeowner-facing stakeholders to feed the roadmap with real customer problems.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in product management with consumer-facing product experience.
- Experience planning and coordinating engineering sprints with clear deliverables visibility for engineering leadership.
- Proven conversion or growth work in a consumer-facing product, including measurable product testing and learning from experiments.
- Comfort with product analytics: self-serve funnel data, define events, and interpret experiments while knowing how to request advanced reporting.
- Strong written communication and ability to write specs that enable correct implementation.
- Track record at a startup or growth-stage company (or strong motivation for that pace).
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or other regulated consumer products (application flows, disclosures, KYC-adjacent journeys).
- Experience with products tied to major life-financial decisions where trust and clarity drive conversion.
