Staff Product Designer - Advanced Trade

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product design for Advanced Trade experiences across web and mobile, from discovery through prototyping and launch quality.
- Lead zero-to-one and improvement initiatives across derivatives, spot margin, structured products, portfolio, and modular UI.
- Design scalable frameworks, patterns, and information architecture for complex, data-dense workflows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional peers to define problems and ship high-impact work.
- Raise UI and interaction quality across the Advanced Trading surface.
- Coach and uplevel more junior designers and lead through influence.

Requirements:

- 8+ years designing digital products, ideally in complex, data-dense or workflow-heavy environments.
- Broad end-to-end product design experience and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous contexts.
- Strong visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping craft.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and mentor designers without formal management responsibility.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
- Responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots in day-to-day workflows.

Nice to have:

- Experience designing for trading, brokerage, wallet, fintech, or other high-information, high-stakes products.
- Familiarity with crypto market structure, derivatives, options, charting, or portfolio concepts.
- Experience with zero-to-one launches, platform redesigns, or building design systems/scalable UI frameworks.
- Background as a founding designer or in small, high-craft teams.

Benefits:

- Annual base salary range: $207,485 — $244,100 USD
