What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across the Nordics, including HR advisory firms and system integrators.
• Define and execute a focused partner acquisition strategy based on ICP and market opportunity.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners to drive early success.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue against clear quarterly targets.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic partners through structured engagement cadences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact.

Requirements

• Solid Partner Management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in the Nordic region and fluency in a Nordic language (C1+).
• Proven experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle to closed-won.
• Ability to build a partner book of business from scratch.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in the HR tech industry is a huge plus.
