MS D365 F&O Finances Consultant Lead

What you will do

• Partner with project teams and the Finance Business Process Owner to design, configure, and implement finance processes in D365.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Tax modules.
• Review and challenge integrator solutions, validate functional requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in UAT and SIT, support issue resolution, and provide second-level support for AX2012 and D365 finance issues.
• Improve finance processes, ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, and coordinate patches, upgrades, enhancements, incidents, and change requests.
• Support finance users, training, and change management initiatives for smooth adoption.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to challenge external partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and external partners.
• Fluent English.
