Lead SAP Integrated Business Planning Analyst (SAP IBP)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of Libertyville, Illinois, or Nashville, Tennessee.

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 yearly, plus potential eligibility for the hirify.global Secure Start Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize SAP IBP solutions for supply and demand planning.
• Develop planning areas, master-data attributes, planning levels, key figures, and complex calculation logic.
• Maintain end-to-end data flows across S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and IBP, resolving integration discrepancies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot calculation issues, data inconsistencies, system defects, and configuration changes.
• Validate data integrity through reconciliation and consistency checks while optimizing system performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and document configurations, processes, and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or SAP IBP environments for the Lead Analyst level.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP supply and demand planning modules, planning data models, key figures, and aggregation logic.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with S/4HANA or ECC and working knowledge of SAP BW concepts and data structures.
• Experience with deployment and transport planning in IBP, advanced planning scenarios, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ABAP or debugging techniques for integration scenarios.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply-chain-focused industries.
