What you will do

• Lead annuity pricing model validation, documentation, and the model governance process.
• Set best estimate assumptions for mortality, lapse, utilization, expenses, and investment returns.
• Manage reinsurance RFPs and ensure ongoing compliance with reinsurance treaty terms.
• Present pricing recommendations to senior leadership and product committees.
• Assess capital impacts under statutory and RBC frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of pricing actuaries and analysts as the business grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation.
• Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) designation.
• 10+ years of actuarial experience with significant expertise in annuity pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in actuarial modeling tools such as MG-ALFA, AXIS, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of fixed and fixed indexed annuity products and familiarity with hedging programs.
