What you will do

• Contribute to quarterly reserve close, reporting, and Reserve Committee materials.
• Support and maintain initiatives to standardize and streamline reserving processes across the organization.
• Perform reserve reviews and monitoring, including adequacy and embedded margin analysis.
• Develop and maintain reserving tools and analytics to support visualization and communication.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Communicate findings effectively to Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Underwriting, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
• Credentialed member of an internationally recognized actuarial association (e.g., CAS or IFoA).
• Proven actuarial experience, ideally in reserving or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with actuarial and data tools such as ResQ, Excel, MRD, SQL, Python, or Alteryx.
