What you will do

  • Own the health economic value story by building and maintaining economic impact tools used by sales.
  • Develop customized business cases for health system accounts, integrating account-specific context and data.
  • Provide strategic field support for VAC/P&T committee presentations, RFPs, and key account submissions.
  • Monitor U.S. reimbursement landscape trends in coding, coverage, and payment to create field-ready messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical Affairs, and Sales leadership to align economic messaging with product positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in med device, biotech, pharma, or life science consulting with a focus on health economics or market access.
  • Proven track record of building financial and economic models (budget impact, cost-effectiveness analyses).
  • Experience developing business cases for hospitals and familiarity with VAC/P&T purchasing processes.
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. reimbursement landscape (coding, coverage, and payment).
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in health economics preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20%.
