What you will do
- Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive service experience strategy for Money Movement and Payroll products.
- Develop and mature support strategies to ensure rapid and effective customer resolution.
- Apply design thinking and Jobs to be Done (JTBD) frameworks to create ive service experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams to design holistic solutions.
- Analyze service experience and monetization metrics to identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Partner with the Virtual Expert Platform team to integrate technology that enhances service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a SaaS or services-based organization (Product Management, Customer Success, or similar).
- Proven expertise in service experience strategy, CX design, and service delivery.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, service blueprints, and market research methodologies.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive organizational alignment and growth.
- Experience working with customer support organizations and operational teams.
- Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or science discipline (MBA preferred).
