What you will do

• Take full ownership of SEO and AEO strategy across 14 global sites, including B2B SaaS (hirify.global Pro) and various consumer verticals.
• Implement white-hat AEO/GEO strategies using content marketing, reputation management, and digital PR.
• Act as the SEO Product Manager to lead engineering sprints and implement customer-facing site optimizations.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities in site structure and on-page SEO.
• Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and conversion performance, communicating insights directly to C-level leadership.
• Mentor the SEO team and serve as an internal evangelist for AI search evolution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of in-house SEO experience, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role.
• 5+ years of SEO Product Management experience working with engineers in an agile setting.
• Experience managing large-scale websites with millions of URLs.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with B2B SaaS or Content Marketing SEO.
• Proven ability to create SEO performance forecasts and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Direct experience running an AEO/GEO program.
• Strong background in link building and off-site SEO strategies.
