What you will do

• Define and evangelize the multi-year strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform hands-on architecture, configuration, and development for complex integrations and novel modules.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of managed services vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor internal contractors, reviewing technical work and aligning it with platform strategy.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including SOW reviews, performance evaluations, and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 5+ years in technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and IntegrationHub.
• Proven experience governing managed services providers or SI partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in SOW/SLA definition and vendor management.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HAM, or Discovery).
• Experience managing contractor teams and setting technical priorities.
