What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of global campaigns across email, paid search, webinars, events, and ABM.
- Run the end-to-end email development pipeline (build, QA, deploy, localize) through the Marketing Automation Platform.
- Build and maintain campaign infrastructure (workflows, templates, processes) for scale and consistency.
- Coordinate email localization with EMEA reviewers and translation partners.
- Track engagement, deliverability, and pipeline contribution; iterate using A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Pilot AI-aware automation patterns in the email workflow and partner with GTM Engineering to automate manual steps and migrate toward an AI-native stack.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations experience.
- Hands-on experience in a major marketing automation platform, including segmentation, smart campaigns, dynamic content, and deliverability mechanics (Marketo preferred).
- Strong analytical and evidence-driven approach to measuring and improving email performance.
- Experience supporting Product Marketing, Product, and event teams on tight cycles.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and email compliance requirements (preferred).
