What you will do

• Own and execute the AWS account architecture, including production, staging, and development isolation.
• Manage and evolve core infrastructure services including ECS Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache, and SQS using Terraform.
• Harden security through IAM controls, S3 bucket auditing, and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance maintenance.
• Improve developer experience by optimizing GitHub Actions pipelines and building PR stack environments.
• Establish observability standards using CloudWatch and lead post-incident reviews to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years focused on infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Deep AWS expertise including ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, SQS, and Lambda.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proven background in CI/CD using GitHub Actions and deployment pipeline management.
• Security-minded approach to system hardening and observability tooling experience.
