TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- Build and maintain internal developer tooling, including APIs and command-line interfaces.
- Improve incident management processes and lead complex system post-mortems.
- Scale infrastructure and optimize cloud costs while maintaining high uptime targets.
- Contribute to hiring processes and mentor engineers within the organization.
- Evolve AI-augmented development practices across the engineering department.
Requirements
- Must be based in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- 3+ years of professional experience in platform, infrastructure, or backend/full-stack engineering.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Proficiency in automation and tooling development using languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and modern CI/CD practices.
- English: C1+ required (no French required).
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with container orchestration and observability tools.
- Background in software engineering roles (Full-stack/Backend).
