What you will do

• Lead end-to-end foreclosure functions ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and investor guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory and statutory changes to implement timely process updates.
• Develop functional reporting and track KPIs to measure efficiency and identify improvements.
• Manage relationships and productivity standards with external attorneys and vendors.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Loan Servicing departments to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding foreclosure trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum 5+ years of foreclosure servicing experience.
• Direct experience with GSEs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and their specific requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of foreclosure laws (CFPB, FDCPA) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems (e.g., MSP, Black Knight).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
