Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 yearly

What you will do

• Perform stealth and purple teaming engagements to test security posture across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Develop and execute sophisticated attack scenarios to validate detection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with blue team members in real-time to identify and remediate security gaps.
• Produce detailed technical reports and executive summaries regarding targets, actions, and recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in offensive security.
• Assist with penetration testing efforts, including PCI compliance and bug bounty programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in defensive or offensive cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in incorporating AI into red team engagements to identify advanced attack paths.
• Proficiency in source code analysis and coding in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Advanced experience with tools like BurpSuite, Metasploit, Sliver, Kali, and BloodHound.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, AD attack techniques, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Eligible for US-based employment benefits (401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of dedicated Red Teaming engagement experience.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, GPEN, or GXPN.
