Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Support origination and structuring of digital asset-collateralized warehouse facilities, receivables finance, and acquisition/event-driven financing.
• Develop collateral, perfection, and structural frameworks to protect the firm across various deal types and jurisdictions.
• Negotiate transaction documents in partnership with outside counsel and senior deal leads.
• Conduct credit approval processes, including structural analysis and diligence on counterparties and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, markets, and treasury teams to support the firm's lending strategy.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or acquisition/leveraged finance.
• Direct exposure to transaction execution from origination through close.
• Working knowledge of secured lending structures and collateral protection frameworks.
• Experience supporting negotiations with outside counsel on complex transaction documents.
• Strong judgment and communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in crypto-collateralized lending or payments/settlement finance.
• Exposure to acquisition finance or event-driven credit (bridge loans, take-private financing).
