What you will do
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex HubSpot workflows for lead management and lifecycle progression.
- Configure CRM properties, segmentation logic, lead scoring models, and routing workflows.
- Maintain database hygiene through regular audits, duplicate management, and process documentation.
- Support campaign launches by configuring forms, tracking, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and connected marketing/sales tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in CRM or marketing operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in building and troubleshooting complex HubSpot workflows.
- Experience managing CRM data quality, custom properties, and lead qualification logic.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Nice to have
- HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub certifications.
- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub, data sync, and custom properties.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing or client-facing agency teams.
