What you will do

• Engage members in proactive financial reviews to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Open new loan and deposit accounts while building long-term member relationships.
• Assist members through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Promote credit union products and services through outbound sales calls.
• Resolve complex member service issues and facilitate financial transactions.
• Provide leadership for branch opening and closing procedures and system overrides.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 1+ years of prior work experience in sales or customer service required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
