What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex and sensitive sponsored retirement plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with sponsors, customers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify and support retention opportunities for highly sensitive and at-risk client situations.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and mentoring to new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing complex, sensitive, and at-risk clients.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hartford, CT.
