What you will do

• Enter and maintain account, quote, and policy data in the agency management system with high accuracy.
• Process bind orders, policy issuances, endorsements, and cancellations in coordination with underwriters.
• Manage inbound calls and ensure a positive experience for customers and team members.
• Track carrier requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Prepare quote proposals, summaries, and market comparison documents.
• Ensure full compliance with carrier and regulatory documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience.
• Must have a valid Property & Casualty Brokers License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
