What you will do
- Build product strategy and roadmap to evolve a password vault into an active digital guardian.
- Define and measure success using consumer funnel metrics (day-1 value, onboarding completion, credential adoption) and mitigation of user-reported scam encounters.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle across web, mobile apps, and browser extensions, partnering with UX and engineering for frictionless native autofill, passkey adoption, and real-time phishing warnings.
- Apply technical depth to modern identity frameworks and browser/OS credential provider ecosystems; collaborate with fraud analysts on how scams and social engineering work.
- Drive monetization, premium retention, and organic growth by demonstrating immediate protective value from signup.
- Communicate complex authentication updates and evolving fraud tactics into clear, consumer-facing experiences and aligned team roadmaps.
Requirements
- Location: Remote USA
- 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years in a consumer SaaS environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity product organizations, preferably identity management, password storage, or anti-fraud/phishing products.
- Strong technical acumen: secure storage principles, encryption basics, browser extension ecosystems, and native mobile credential provider APIs (iOS and Android).
- Ability to build data-driven business cases and lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Comfort analyzing conversion funnels, churn cohorts, and feature engagement data to prioritize the engineering backlog.
