What you will do

• Identify and develop turnkey, retrofit, and replacement project opportunities.
• Perform facility assessments and mechanical system evaluations to define customer needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, cost models, and financial forecasts for projects.
• Collaborate with account managers to present technical solutions and lead value engineering efforts.
• Coordinate engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to maximize project profitability.
• Manage CRM pipelines and conduct formal turnover meetings with operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, construction practices, and project delivery methods.
• Must be based in the Washington DC area.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
