What you will do

• Test newly manufactured or refurbished systems and subsystems on the test floor.
• Perform configuration setup, calibration, mechanical fit, and software configuration.
• Troubleshoot testing activity discrepancies and collaborate with Engineering and R&D to resolve complex issues.
• Manage manufacturing test data associated with Acceptance Testing (ATL) and setup verification.
• Compile statistical reports and analyze discrepancy data to provide corrective actions.
• Identify and implement improvements for test methods on existing and new products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Ability to read and interpret highly technical documents including schematics, mechanical drawings, and bills of material.
• Proficiency in plumbing and integrating tubing connections (stainless steel Swagelok and Flare Tek TFE fittings).
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule (3:30pm to 12:00am).
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
