Salary: $16.44 - $34.81 per hour (approx. $34,200 - $72,400 annually).

• Execute manufacturing processes including basic assembly, component installation, and advanced rack building.
• Operate production machinery and hand tools while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Audit materials and builds to ensure compliance with customer expectations and internal quality goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide guidance for resolution.
• Support the training of new team members and coordinate tasks within the production team.
• Compile data for reports and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated physical capability and manual dexterity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on the 2nd shift in an onsite capacity.
