What you will do

• Analyze clinical specimens following standard methods with high precision.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot common malfunctions.
• Document protocol deviations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure clinical data accuracy.
• Train on specialized protocols and act as a resource for team members.
• Handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA and internal security policies.

Requirements

• Current California CLS or CGMBS license required.
• BS/BA degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical lab.
• Proficiency in Molecular Biology and pipetting techniques.
• Ability to work in a BSL-2 laboratory environment.
• Must be able to pass color vision screening assessment.
