Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Kansas City, or New York, United States; teams work in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare client projects, including dependencies, priorities, timelines, resources, profitability, and burn rates.
• Build, coach, and lead teams while coordinating assignments with discipline leads and resource management.
• Partner with Client Engagement and Delivery teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Manage medical, legal, and regulatory review processes for health clients.
• Create scopes of work and change orders, and support RFP responses and new business engagements.
• Maintain relationships with Product Owners, client leadership, agency peers, and cross-divisional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including work at a marketing agency and with pharmaceutical brands.
• Experience in program management for healthcare clients and strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and teams of five or more.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage project financial performance, maintain deadlines, reduce inefficiencies, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines while managing complex business and technical solutions.
