Salary: $194,000 — $266,200 USD

What you will do

• Conduct hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions to test market viability.
• Define the product strategy and lifecycle for B2B mass management tooling to simplify the management of hundreds of thousands of organizations.
• Architect roadmaps for schema-driven operations, introducing type-safe custom schemas and Structured Tenant Metadata.
• Create detailed API specifications and actionable requirements to guide engineering execution.
• Develop business cases and financial strategies to align product direction with organizational goals.
• Partner with the ISV ecosystem team to improve how SaaS products become discoverable and monetizable on the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Engineering Team Lead.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or completion of an Engineering Bootcamp.
• Experience developing or working within Multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
• Proficiency in API design and data analysis using SQL or BI tools.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building B2B tenancy infrastructure, entitlement engines, or SaaS control planes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile development software like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using third-party licensing and entitlement tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for conducting deep-dive customer interviews.
