Program Management Analyst (Federal Health)

What you will do

• Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles.
• Maintain program artifacts, including schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• Coordinate personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, and onboarding status reporting and escalation.
• Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and the creation of executive status materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations and health IT (preferred).
• PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
