Program Director (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States. US Citizenship or Green Card required; no visa sponsorship is available. Candidates must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Provides technology and client services for government and healthcare modernization programs, including the CMS Unified Case Management system.

What you will do

• Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial performance across multiple program efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships while managing changes to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee contract obligations, subcontractor deliverables, planned revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit.
• Develop strategic program plans, identify risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
• Advise clients on strategic vision, translate client needs into successful outcomes, and negotiate beneficial agreements.
• Hire, develop, and manage team performance, timecards, and PTO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of federal contract execution.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a client services organization.
• Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment.
