What you will do

  • Lead demanding client engagements end-to-end with limited oversight.
  • Advise clients on commercial risks in major transactions and the impact of political dynamics on their positioning.
  • Utilize and contribute to a global network of contacts to generate actionable insights.
  • Provide high-level judgment in complex, ambiguous situations across various sectors and jurisdictions.
  • Manage small teams and support the professional development of colleagues.
  • Deliver precise written and verbal advice to senior corporate and institutional decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in law, finance, consulting, corporate strategy, or government.
  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
  • Proven track record as an exceptional project manager.
  • Strong generalist capabilities with an excellent academic background.
  • Demonstrable interest and skill in professional writing and reasoning.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound commercial judgment.
