Compensation: $115,700 - $150,500

What you will do

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive continuous value improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, selection, and negotiation of contracts for new electronics suppliers.
• Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify and execute cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform market research and SWOT analysis to identify risks and opportunities within the electronics category.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international affiliates to determine near and long-term supply needs.
• Manage the approved supplier list and lead supplier evaluations and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management (6+ years with a Master's degree).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong electronics technical background and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems to support business operations.
• Advanced negotiation experience and a track record of spend management.
• 2+ years of experience with FAR/DFARS contract requirements.
• Professional certification or an advanced degree.
