What you will do

• Maintain and optimize customers' IT infrastructure to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Lead new service preparation and execute change management processes.
• Troubleshoot critical customer situations to provide timely solutions for security and efficiency.
• Perform system sizing and optimization to ensure world-class business performance.
• Collaborate with international IT professionals on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Expertise in Mainframe technologies including z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, JVM, and CICSCTG.
• Deep knowledge of Omegamon Data Provider (ODP) and zCommon Data Provider (zCDP).
• Experience with monitoring products such as zAPM and Instana.
• Ability to develop dashboards using Grafana (Prometheus, MIMIR) and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and the OpenTelemetry framework.
• Solid understanding of Mainframe operations and architecture.
