What you will do

• Maintain and optimize customer IT infrastructure and mainframe environments.
• Prepare new services and support change management processes.
• Troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions.
• Size and optimize systems to support secure, reliable, and efficient business performance.
• Develop monitoring dashboards with Grafana and Dynatrace.
• Collaborate on large-scale projects with IT professionals worldwide.

Requirements

• Mainframe expertise with z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, JVM, and CICSCTG.
• Experience with Omegamon Data Provider and zCommon Data Provider; this is identified as a critical requirement.
• Knowledge of monitoring products, zAPM, and Instana.
• Experience creating Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, MIMIR, and other data sources.
• Experience with Dynatrace, ElasticSearch, Kibana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of mainframe operations and architecture.
