Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead

Location: Las Condes, Santiago, Chile; the role is also located in Brazil and Costa Rica. Hybrid work with up to 25% regional and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology service delivery across assigned LATAM sites and regional operations.
• Manage daily end-user services, infrastructure, application support, and site-specific technology needs.
• Partner with business leaders, global IT teams, and vendors to align services with operational and commercial needs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management to reduce disruption and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, service-level agreements, deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Lead and develop technology team members while driving cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, site IT operations, or technology services in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of end-user computing, networks, infrastructure services, ITSM processes, and vendor-supported technology environments.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets and demand, influencing stakeholders, and managing third-party service providers.
• English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer-service, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or MS.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with regional or multi-site LATAM IT delivery, cybersecurity, data privacy, cloud services, digital workplace, or infrastructure modernization.
• ITIL, PMP, or similar certification.
