Senior Manager, Global Network Stable Services (Networking)

What you will do

• Define the global strategy, operating model, governance framework, and roadmap for Network Stable Services.
• Lead globally distributed employees, regional leaders, contractors, and managed-service providers.
• Govern network service requests from intake and solutioning through implementation, validation, documentation, and closure.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless, network security, load balancing, IP address management, asset management, and related infrastructure services.
• Ensure change quality, compliance, operational readiness, documentation, CMDB updates, and supplier performance.
• Accelerate automation and AI-enabled network workflows while monitoring service performance, capacity, backlog, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, network delivery, infrastructure operations, or technology services.
• At least 5 years of experience leading people, global technical teams, contractors, or managed-service providers.
• Experience managing complex network delivery across multiple regions and time zones, including third-party suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, network security, load balancing, IPAM, cloud connectivity, service management, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Fluent English required. Strong governance, analytical, vendor-management, negotiation, prioritization, and executive-communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical-device, manufacturing, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Network automation, Infrastructure as Code, workflow orchestration, AI-enabled operations, or self-service network delivery experience.
• ITIL-aligned service management, ServiceNow or IRIS workflows, asset management, and CMDB governance experience.
• Knowledge of Cisco, SD-WAN, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, F5 load balancing, Infoblox, and network-access-control technologies; relevant certifications are beneficial.
